John "Bert" Sandman
President, Chief Executive Officer
Bert Sandman, a 35-plus year veteran of the California construction industry, is the perfect fit for the multi-faceted operations of ACC. Prior to ACC, Sandman served as President/COO of A. Teichert & Son, Inc. and ARB - both California companies with construction revenues in excess of $300 million annually. He was appointed to the California State Licensing Board by Governor Gray Davis in 2000 and served, as member and chair, until his transition to Colorado. He also served as chairman of Transportation California, the state's infrastructure advocacy group, and is a national Director of the Associated General Contractors of America. Sandman is a graduate of the University of California at Davis.
Jeff Rudolph
Chief Financial Officer
Jeff Rudolph oversees all of ACC's finance and accounting operations and brings over 25 years of financial experience including 12 years with the public accounting firm of Coopers and Lybrand and 10 years of Chief Financial Officer duties for private, pre-IPO, as well as publicly traded companies, subject to SEC and Sarbanes Oxley reporting requirements. In these roles, Jeff led various operational and substantive initiatives related to financial operations, mergers and acquisitions, financial planning and analysis, and multiple financial functions. His diverse industry experience includes a significant period with a Denver based engineering company delivering technology solutions in the public and private sectors and working with fast growing, entrepreneurial, financial services companies. Mr. Rudolph graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wittenberg University and earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Denver.
Victoria Aguilar
Vice President of Human Resources and Legal
Victoria Aguilar manages ACC's Human Resource and Legal affairs. Prior to joining ACC, Aguilar was responsible for North American Compliance and Legal affairs at GE Access Distribution, a distributor of high technology equipment. Prior to GE, she served as the Vice President of Legal and Human Resources at private, pre-IPO, as well as at publicly traded corporations including US West Communications where she was Vice President of Wholesale Markets and charged with creating and implementing a company-wide legal and compliance strategy. Ms. Aguilar graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College and earned her Juris Doctorate from The University of Michigan Law School.
Dave Lemesany
Regional Vice President, Pavement Heavy Civil
Dave Lemesany has extensive experience with roadway pavements. He has spent 29 years in the heavy construction contracting and construction material business. Before joining ACC, he served as VP/GM for LaFarge North America in the Western U.S. Region. He has a degree from the University of Southern Colorado.
Clyde Joseph
Regional Vice President, Northwest Division
Clyde Joseph brings over 28 years of experience in heavy civil construction, including extensive work in flood control projects, tunnel construction, railroad construction and rehabilitation works, marine construction, mass rock and earth excavation/fill, DOT bridge structure construction both land based and marine based, and Oil/Gas Module construction. Prior to joining ACC, Clyde worked for companies such as Morrison Knudsen Co, Inc., Roy E Ladd, Inc. and Merco, Inc. He has a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Washington, is a registered Professional Engineer and a member of the Moles and Beavers organizations.
Randy Maher
Regional Vice President, Rocky Mountain Heavy Civil
Randy Maher’s responsibilities include overseeing the management of the Rocky Mountain Heavy Civil operations. He has been with ACC for 22 years. Maher has experience in all facets of site development, golf course grading, equipment operation and maintenance, scheduling, personnel management and budgeting.
Todd Williams
Regional Vice President, Landscape
Todd Williams’ roles in the company have included the reclamation, landscape construction/maintenance and golf and nursery businesses. He is a 23-year veteran of ACC. Williams has a degree from Colorado State University.
